With a remarkable team effort, the WHO Digital Adaptation Kits (DAKs) for HIV: content review and adaptation workshop has been conducted successfully in the presence of stakeholders from  the Ministry of Health, WHO Head quarter & country office , Regional health bureaus, University of Gondar and Primary Healthcare Units.  , at Addis Ababa, Ethiopia The workshop focused on content adaptation of the WHO SMART guidelines against the Ethiopia National HIV prevention, care & treatment guideline, National STI guidelines, client card, follow-up sheet, registration logbooks such as ART register, PMTCT, referral form, relevant country documents and other national protocols, customizing the WHO HIV DAK to country context, using a pre-mapping template of the DAK data dictionary.

Through collaborative efforts, the WHO HIV DAK is tailored to local contexts. The dedication of the diverse stakeholders at the workshop demonstrated their commitment to utilizing digital solutions for better HIV related service delivery. This event has also provided a valuable opportunity for participants in exchanging knowledge, sharing experiences, and contributing their expertise to successfully review and adapt the DAK contents and as well for enhancing the care provision.
